    Join our dynamic team! We're hiring an ATF Planner to ensure top-tier service delivery that exceeds customer expectations. Uphold service levels and SOPs within Revenue & Cost parameters, while maintaining meticulous administrative accuracy. Be a proactive contributor to our Department, Branch, and Company goals.     • Hours: 6pm to 6am - 4 on / 4 off
    • Location: Heathrow, UK
    • Salary: £30,000 to £34,000

    What Will You Be Doing?

    • Customer-Focused Excellence: Prioritize and understand customer requirements for exceptional service delivery.
    • Efficient Transport Operations: Plan, monitor, and control end-to-end Land Transport shipments, emphasizing meticulous documentation.
    • Communication and Coordination: Maintain regular communication with drivers and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
    • Digital Operations Proficiency: Proficiently operate Schenker IT Systems and MS Office tools for streamlined operations.
    • Strategic Pricing and Rates: Collaborate with the Department Manager to produce accurate pricing and rates, contributing to financial success.
    • Timely Financial Transactions: Ensure timely generation of Sales Invoicing and efficient processing of costs (purchase invoices).
