John Paul, Team Lead New Zealand Import Activations and Singapore BL Creation and Ocean Events
Based in the Philippines he ensures efficient and smooth handling of shipments and processing of shipping documents every day. Where can we become more efficient? Where is it possible to save time for the customer and for our colleagues? These are the questions John Paul is faced with every day. He is the Team Lead for New Zealand import activities and Singapore BL (bill of lading) creation and ocean events.

This is an added motivation and inspiration to be the best every single day.”
He also motivates his team members to live by this attitude of taking the customer further, pushing hard every day and going the extra mile. “The most memorable for me or my best moment is when my team members are being recognized and are being given opportunities for a higher role outside of the team." That’s also why friends describe John Paul as a positive thinker with a winning and competitive spirit, who wants to be one of the best in every situation. But also, is a very funny person to have a lot of fun with.
