Talent Development Advisor
Location: Dublin – Santry or Leixlip (Hybrid, with travel to other sites as required)
Salary range: €45,000-€50,000 per annum depending on experience
Are you passionate about learning and development? We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Development Advisor to join our People & Organisation (HR) Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business units, HR, and external training providers to design and implement impactful learning and development initiatives.
What will you be doing?
- Identify learning and development needs through training needs analysis in collaboration with P&O and business units.
- Design, source, and implement training programs focused on personal effectiveness and leadership skills, delivered virtually, in-person, or via e-learning.
- Develop engaging e-learning content using authoring tools like Rise, Storyline 360, and Vyond.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate records and ease of use.
- Oversee apprenticeship and graduate programs, ensuring structured development pathways.
- Monitor and report on training attendance, addressing any barriers to completion with managers.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements where needed.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning through communication and collaboration across teams.
- Coordinate and oversee compliance training, including Mandatory Manager Training, AEO, and Aviation Security Training.
- Deliver in-house training on HR processes and other areas of expertise.
- Lead or contribute to L&D-related projects that enhance employee development.
About You:
- Proven experience in designing and delivering face-to-face and virtual training, especially in leadership and personal effectiveness.
- Experience in e-learning development (Articulate or similar tools is a plus).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and LMS platforms.
