HGV Driver C+E Domestic - Holiday Cover

Join our Land Product Team in Bradford as a C+E Holiday Cover Driver!

 

We are thrilled to announce a vacancy within our Land product team for a Holiday Cover Driver, this is a full-time position. You will be part of a team of over 50 drivers, delivering exceptional service and playing a key role in our operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the latest high spec equipment, including VOLVO and Mercedes vehicles. If you have a passion for driving and delivering goods while providing exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.

 

• Location: Bradford
• Hours: 48-hour week in accordance with WTD
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• £34,000 to £37,400 (including Monthly Bonus and ADR Allowance-if held) 
• Overtime: Available after 48 hours per week. 
• Retention Bonus: £1,000 paid in January for continuous employment from the start of January to December. 

 

 

 

What will you be doing?

 

As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Here are some of the key tasks you will be responsible for:

• Efficient delivery and collection of goods
• Ensuring accurate documentation by checking goods off with customers and obtaining signatures, all while providing exceptional customer service
• Holiday cover for all class of vehicles from van to C+E
• Dock runs
• Multi-Drop runs
• Tramping-if required

About You

 

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a valid HGV Class 1 license max permittable points = 6.
• No DD or IN
• Held License for 1 year
• Valid Digicard.
• Valid Drivers CPC.
• Previous experience in this role.
