    The position

    • You are responsible for carrying out administrative tasks in support of Customer Service
    • You maintain contact with the internal customer and internal suppliers regarding status, progress, deviations and results within the assigned areas
    • You escalate and communicate deviations and contribute to their resolution
    • You must take note of and act according to the applicable rules and procedures in the field of Customer Service and share this knowledge with stakeholders
    • You support in occurring cross-departmental projects
    • You propose points for improvement in Customer Service and support their implementation.
    • You have a functional line towards the central Customer Service team

    Requirements

    • Experience in an administrative position is a requirement
    • You have good communication skills and a good command of the English language
    • You have a customer-oriented attitude, are quality-conscious and work independently

    For our Contract Logistics location in Amsterdam, we are looking for an Operational Admin Operative.

    The Operational Admin Operative forms the link between operations and central staff. The Operational Admin Operative fulfils a supporting role towards the operational organisation, internal customers and management in accordance with the set guidelines, procedures and quality requirements. It’s a fulltime position for 40 hours a week.
