    Customer Contract Review and Filing

    • Pre-review contracts from national and international customers for pre-defined aspects. 
    • Coordinate the contract review process with the relevant internal stakeholders according to internal guidelines.
    • Make sure that the process is fulfilled in the right manner, by using the right forms and within the required time.
    • Guide the preparation of all sorts of customer contracts for execution. 
    • Provide consultation, advice, and/or training for lower-level contract analysts.
    • File contracts and enter detailed contract-related specifications in an electronic contract database.
    • Assist functional manager in training, process improvement initiatives and stakeholder management as and when needed.

     

    GlobeCon Helpdesk

    • Reports preparation, data analysis and data extraction.
    • Following up with the stakeholder to ensure full resolution of issues.
    • Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems. 
    • User support (not IT related, but contents related). 
    • Training of new users.
    • Align and coordinate with IT department during troubleshooting 
    • Generate reports from the system.
    • Perform data quality checks.
    • Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone.
    • Providing assistance for questions and problems 
    • Strong background in Contract Management 
    • Preferably with 3 -5 years of legal background or experience in Contract Management
    • Logistics industry experience is a plus.
    • Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience in a multi-national organization
    • Ability to work in a challenging environment with a tight deadline
    • Minimum one year of preparation (data analysis, stakeholder management)
    • Global and/or multi-divisional experience, strong intellectual skills
    • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce


    Customer Contract Review and Filing

    • Can communicate well in English, both written and verbal
    • Commercial contract management experience
    • Highly reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze contracts to identify details of a different nature.
    • Strong analytical skills, able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
    • Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities while meeting deadlines. 
    • Able to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of key stakeholders and senior executives.

    • Has passion for database
    • Has excellent knowledge of the English language both in writing and orally.
    • Is highly reliable and understands the huge responsibility of this job (confidentiality-wise, but also attendance-wise)
    • Basic excel knowledge is a must
    • Can conduct training to Global Corporate Account Managers
    • On time  submission of Reports and Statistics
    • Has Commercial contract management experience
