    As Test Manager within Digital Branch Infrastructure Services you are responsible for implementing and maintaining the adequate structures to plan and execute professional testing in a staged environment implementation. You will be supporting and overseeing the testing of all services, and to a certain degree develop and execute test scripts for all services delivered by the DBIS unit. You will act as a SME for testing and perform as the bridge between our product teams and testing teams (where contracted, either internally or externally).


    As member in the Cross Operations team, you report directly to the Team lead of Cross Operations Solutions and work closely with the different product teams and with our existing internal test teams (from other departments) to safeguard professional execution of tests of changes before implementation.


    Responsibilities:


    • Develop and execute test strategies, templates, structures and plans to ensure the quality and stability of the services provided by Digital Branch Infrastructure Services.
    • Coordinate with all service teams to implement and execute test processes.
    • Manage the day-to-day activities of the testing process; ensuring operating procedures are documented and process improvements are made.
    • Gather and report on test metrics to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the testing process.
    • Ensure that all tests are conducted according to defined standards and provide guidance for best practices.
    • Communicate effectively to ensure transparency of upcoming tests and set up a reporting structure in line with global standards.
    • Organize and execute cross-departmental test sessions.
    • Train staff in testing principles, processes, and procedures.

    Qualifications:


    • Intercultural competence and strong social skills 
    • Fluent English in written and spoken on min. C1 level
    • Good communication and collaboration skills  
    • Study to university degree level of natural sciences, computer science, business, or an equivalent education or documented work experience
    • Certification as ITIL Practitioner and possessor of deep knowledge of the processes of Test Management.
