Your tasks:
- Provide telephone and email support to clients.
- Perform administrative tasks (delivery orders, loading lists, etc.).
- Proactively offer solutions to clients to address their needs.
- Maintain constant communication to monitor and resolve incidents.
- Prepare and manage KPI reports.
Your profile:
- Academic background: Diploma / Degree / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English: High level required
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
