Key Responsibilities include:

Execute Continuous Improvement programs for logistics operations
Project management of Operational Excellence projects within contract logistics
Drive, support and monitor the implementation of organisational and process changes
Deployment of strategic initiatives in the area of process optimization and digitization
Drive adherence to Operational SOPs, KPIs and regulatory compliance
Identify gaps between the customer requirements and the logistics standard operating procedures
Deploy training and development initiatives across the logistics sites

Competencies and Skills required:

Continuous Improvement and/or Operational excellence experience within supply chain & logistics
Experience and understanding of 5s methodology and principles
Proven track record of successfully managing projects
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire teams and create a positive work environment
Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
Experienced in analyzing and documenting diverse business processes and workflows
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proactive, positive, enthusiastic and self-driven
