    Your tasks

    What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

    • Sourcing and evaluate external candidates from different Job boards and sources.
    • Review and filter resumes, conduct first screening interviews.
    • Present top talent candidates to the TAS.
    • Arrange interviews between Talent Acquisition Specialist - Candidate & Hiring Manager - Candidate based in agreed schedules.
    • Maintain constant and effective communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
    • Taking care in all time of the candidate experience, new employee experience, internal client experience and P&O team.
    • Leverage talent insights from the external market to present clear data, trends and challenges to TAS and TAM, as well as proposed talent solutions.
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
    • Look for alternative external talent sources to keep candidate flow.
    • Support continuous improvement, thinking outside the box and looking for new innovative ways to leverage the brand, market and technology for successful sourcing solutions.
    • Apply direct search/networking methodology to identify talent within limited and / or specific candidate pools.
    • Effectively use of social media tools to source talent, solid LinkedIn user for talent mapping identification.
    • Support TAC, just if its needed, requesting on time all the documentation needed for the new employees, creating all new hire files, follow up and support new hires with all kinds of questions, ensuring that they have all the information before their 1st day of labor for DBS Mexico in its different locations.

    Requirements

    What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

    • Bachelor's degree*.
    • Business English required (B2 or C1).
    • Microsoft Office skills required.
    • Experience in recruitment at least 6 months - 1 year.
    • Manage different recruitment sources.
    • Must be detail oriented and accurate when processing documentation and data.
