Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

• Collection Management for all levels of portfolio complexity, including Business and Global Accounts.
• Make recommendations for account blocks based on credit status, account balance, and customer payment habits.
• Work with customers, sales, and operations to resolve conflicts and support the dispute management process by identifying, qualifying, and assigning disputes in a timely manner.
• Perform account reconciliation, execute, and document internal controls in support of the audit team.
• Lead update trainings, workshops, and best practice sharing sessions.
• Achieve individual and team objectives set by the SLA (Service Level Agreements) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Public Accounting, or a related field. Degree holder.
• Intermediate – Advanced English (Speaking, writing, and reading).
• 3 to 4 years as a Senior Specialist with experience in B2B Collections.
• Experience handling complex and specific transactions.
• Intermediate – advanced   knowledge of SAP & FSCM
• Office Suite: Advanced (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of tax regulations (taxes)
• Knowledge of federal laws.
• Knowledge of NIF standards (Mexican Financial Reporting Standards).
• Knowledge of general accounting.
• Results-oriented; Responsibility; Analytical skills; Adherence to procedures; Mental agility & Extroverted.
