Partners Management & Integrations (PM&I)

We are looking for you as a Partners Management & Integrations (IT Integration Specialist) at DB Schenker in Spain or Portugal. 

Role Mission

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented IT professional to join our team as an IT Integration Specialist. 

This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for an individual who thrives in a customer-centric setting.

Your tasks:

* You will be a primary IT contact for our customers on all integration topics.

* You will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring seamless data flow throughout the integration process.

Your profile:

* Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a nice to have!)

* Solid understanding of basic IT concepts, including hardware and software.

* Familiarity with different integration types (e.g., EDI vs API).

* Ability to read and understand technical documentation.

* Proficiency in designing data flow charts.

* Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.

* Active listening and empathy to understand customer requirements clearly.

* Effective conflict resolution skills to navigate any challenges that may arise.

* The position can be based in Spain or Portugal.
