    Greet, assist and direct visitors and the general public
    Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
    Monitor the use of supplies
    Pick up and deliver the mail
    Schedule appointments
    Provide office supplies (stationery & kitchen supplies) for staff and maintain adequate stocks
    Handling booking tasks (booking hotels, planes etc.)

    Krav

    Experience of working in a multicultural environment
    Ability to work at a high standard
    Excellent verbal communication skills
    Good written skills
    Familiarity with the use of office equipment
    Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking
    Very good English language skills
