    • Monitors incoming emails and request.
    • Manage relationship with stakeholders through regular engagement and handling of day-to-day transactions.
    • Processes invoices through Tango at rates settled by Customer Service and Sales to the correct parties.
    • Identifies shipment files for all incoming invoices from service providers and Schenker offices worldwide related to Imports.
    • Checks all charges against quotations for all incoming invoices from service providers and Schenker offices worldwide related to imports.
    • Ensures that all incoming invoices from service providers and Schenker offices worldwide related to Imports have been charged out to the correct party.
    • Ensure shipment are in profit once invoice is issued. Seek further advice when shipment is in a loss.
    • Ensure all invoices are issued to the correct party (sent same day or AM following day)- To adhere to stakeholders’ requirements.
    • Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals (DTP) when required.
    • Prepare and present analyses of reports and review of documentations.
    • Conduct and/or participate in effective meetings.
    • Handle escalations or operational issues using relevant data.
    • Conduct trainings to new hires as SME.
    • Drives process improvement initiatives through process standardization and best practice sharing.
    • Supports Leads for administrative functions, Reporting, Group Coordination, Improvement Initiatives, and Projects that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives. 
    • Handle and execute Healthcare/Pharma shipments (documentation) as per organizational guidelines, customer requirements and GDP Principles.
    • Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree in any Business Field 
    • Good Analytical skills with high attention to detail
    • Good planning skills and high focus on task execution
    • Good coordination skills and task/process oriented
    • Flexible and ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Good organizational skills
    • Ability to communicate and form relationships at all levels within the organization.
    • Contribute Process Improvement Ideas
    • Has a logistics background.
    • Understanding of Air freight Industry including basic freight forwarding knowledge such as INCOTERMS and interpretation of shipping documentation.
