    •    Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of value-added service associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

    •    Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of value-added services, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

    •    Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve service delivery and efficiency.

    •    Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

    •    Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate service quality, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed customer expectations.

    •    Training and Development: Conduct training programs for staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

    •    Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including warehousing, transportation, to align service offerings with customer requirements.

    •    Labor Management: Work with labor agencies to optimize labor utilization.

    •    Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, operational metrics, and customer feedback to senior management.


    • Proficiency in MS Office, including WORD and EXCEL
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially can interact with various stakeholders including vendors
    • Independent, strong personal motivation and disciplined
    • Possess core competences including leadership, teamwork, customer focus and continuous improvement
    • Degree or College in in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
    • Min. 3-5 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on value-added services
    • Knowledge on logistics processes related to electronics, medical devices, cosmetics, and retail sectors
