    •    Support in managing safety expectation and compliance of operations 

    •    To issue non-conformities reports for safety violations  

    •    To call for safety time out if work method is deemed unsafe and could lead to fatality/ serious injury 

    •    Travel to various sites within Singapore for up to 50% of the time


    Skills Required:

    •    Well versed in Workplace Safety & Health Act & regulations, environmental applicable Acts & Regulations 

    •    Good working knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO14001

    •    Preferably a certified ISO lead auditor. 

    •    Experience with HSE management systems and data analysis tools.

    •    Good planning, organizing and implementation skills. 

    •    Able to identify opportunities for improvement and seek or develop alternatives. 

    •    Strong verbal and written communications. 

    •    Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

    •    Able to train, lead and motivate colleagues. 

    •    Strong interpersonal skills.  

    •    Strong project Management skills.  

    •    Conversant with MS Office, PowerBi, Powerapps, RPA applications.

    •    Able to work with others, and customers, towards the achievement of company and customer satisfaction goals. 

    •    Able to thrive under pressure and complete tasks efficiently. 

    •    Detailed understanding and knowledge on HSE Legal; Sustainability & other requirements.



    Experience and Qualifications:

    •    WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH /Diploma / Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental science, Sustainability or related fields 

    •    Professional certification in health and safety (e.g., CSP, CIH, NEBOSH) and/or sustainability (e.g., CSR-P, GRI) is desirable.

    •    Minimum 3 years relevant experience in HSE

    •    Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM

    •    Exp. in developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, and sustainability programs in a corporate or industrial setting.

    •    Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

    •    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    •    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    •    Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

    •    Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
