Assistant, Operations

1) Handling imports process activity to make sure documentation, cargo handling done and complete.
2) Make sure attendance punctuality and duty in work scheduale.
3) Work closely with Infineon Team Leader to ensure operations running smooth. 
4) All report or pre-alert must complete by daily basis and ensure correct details in place.
5) Check emails and follow-ups request on import and export (including ad-hoc) shipment
to prepare invoice for declaration purpose. 
6) Maintaining 5S housekeeping at office and warehouse work area. 
7) Unloading the empty containers from truck and need to ensure the condition is good before
sign over.
8) Perform the plastic lining activity at Infineon for the empty containers for outbound purpose. 
9) Assist on the plastic wrapping of the ULD after the cargo has been stuffing by Infineon staff.

10) Ensure all outbound and inbound documentation is in place.  

1) Diploma in Logistic and Supply Chain Management.

2) Minimum two (2) year's work experiences in the logistic and transportation industry.

3) Knowledge of warehouse management system would be an advantage.

4) Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
