- Responsibility for achieving Sales targets
- To work with East Branches to develop existing clients or potential clients on Land Transport business include: Domestic Road/ Asia Landbridge/ Eurasia Landbridge in generating and concluding transportation business opportunities
- Delivers co-ordination of end-to-end business development process:
- Customer interface with the aim to build good customer/corporate relationships
- Pricing / commercial analysis
- Proposal generation
- Close work with branch field sales to develop land opportunities for growth target
- Identification of potential customers and building relationships through proactive & reactive business proposals
要求
Requirement:
* Passionate; Ambition; Target result driven; Under pressure
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in China logistics/transportation industry, Express/Linehaul/LTL/Trucking platform background is preferred
* Experience in 3PL Contract Management, transportation operation
* Familiar with local logistics market, competition, and customer/product category
* Good communication skills and Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
* Own sales distribution channels and customer resources would be an advantage
KPI measurement:
* Target contract/realized revenue fulfillment monthly or quarterly
* Sales call and customer visit daily or weekly
* Qualified RFQ or enquiry weekly and monthly
