    About The Role
    Join our team in Hoxton Park and work closely with our Operations team to manage and optimise warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards of customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations to ensure the warehouse operates within budget and at peak efficiency
    • Plan and manage product distribution activities and oversee the DC team
    • Ensure effective structure is in place to meet customer SLA's and daily operations
    • Implement, monitor, and publish KPIs for the facility and staff
    • Manage inventory onsite, i.e. monitor cycle counts and stock audits, conduct monthly stock audits, be involved with physical checking
    • Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short and long-term performance goals
    • Develop continuous improvement initiatives and strategies to increase profitability and efficiency

    The Ideal Candidate:
    We're looking for someone who has previous experience as an Operations Manager or DC Manager of a medium to large facility. The successful candidate will also have:

    • Extensive experience in 3PL, distribution, and road transport
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to apply business theories to practical situations
    • Proficiency with warehouse systems (RF technology, WMS, ERP) and Microsoft Office applications
    • A proven track record in customer relationship management and meeting customer expectations
    • Excellent communication, team motivation, and strategic goal achievement skills
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
    • Knowledge of statutory requirements regarding WHS and employee relations
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to drive improvement outcomes with site(s) and Operations Managers
