    Employee Relations Advisor

    Location: Dublin/Greater Dublin Area (Hybrid, with site travel as needed)

    Salary: up to €55,000 depending on experience + car allowance + bonus + benefits

    Are you passionate about employee relations and looking to make a real impact? Join our people-focused organization as an Employee Relations Advisor, supporting multiple sites across Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in employment law and employee relations.

    What will you be doing?

    • Provide comprehensive advice and guidance to management and employees in line with legislation and best practices.
    • Advise managers on employee relations matters including performance, grievances, disciplinaries, capability, and redundancies.
    • Support the HR BP with high-volume ER caseloads, ensuring consistent and compliant case handling.
    • Assist with organizational change initiatives, including TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancy programs.
    • Prepare submissions for WRC Adjudications and Labour Court hearings.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legislative updates.
    • Deliver training on conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance.
    • Promote employee engagement and development to foster a positive workplace culture.
    • Act as a liaison to address workplace concerns and promote open communication.
    • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
    • Prepare reports on ER activities and outcomes for HR leadership.
    • Ensure high-quality customer service in all HR activities.
    • Proactively support client branches through regular visits.

    要求

    About You

    • Experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
    • Proven track record in conducting investigations, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution.
    • In-depth knowledge of employment law and regulations.
    • Experience handling high-volume ER caseloads and complex issues like TUPE.
    • Experience preparing WRC submissions.
    • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Effective communicator with excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
    • CIPD qualified and/or relevant degree (e.g., Human Resource Management).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
