We are seeking a dedicated Transport Planner to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maximizing utilization of UK fleet and collaborating with hauliers and internal departments. Location: Bradford, UK

Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday / 10:30am - 7pm

 

What Will You Be Doing?

 

• Planning and optimising the fleet in the north of England.
• Collaborating with 3^rd parties and hauliers.
• Utilizing the DB Schenker network for efficient load coverage.
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and managing customer orders.
• Handling miscellaneous transportation issues effectively.

About You

 

You have a proven track record in transport planning and experience in a busy transport office environment. You possess:

 

• Strong commercial awareness and proficiency in transport management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster stakeholder relationships.
• A positive attitude and the initiative to drive continuous improvements.
