    Job Overview

    At Schenker Brazil we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of our Human Resources team, for our office and warehouses in Sao Paulo.

    What will be your challenges?

    • Lead the Talent Acquisition process in accordance with the current procedure in accordance with Talent Acquisition KPI´s and Talent Acquisition team strategy.
    • Daily dealings with agencies to achieve recruitment objectives.
    • Validate that the Avature Job Requisition created by the Hiring Manager have all the information before the Kickoff call (approvals, job description, salary range and cost center).
    • Lead and document the Kickoff call completing all the information required on Avature and Talent Acquisition Team trackers.
    • Post the vacancy in all the portals designed and on Avature to attract candidates for the position in alignment with DB Schenker strategy.
    • Source, Interview, Evaluate and Short list the candidates selected in align with the agreements with the Hiring Manager.
    • Arrange interviews between Hiring Manager and shortlisted candidates based in agreed schedules.
    • Create and extend Offer letter to the candidate selected by the Hiring Manager in alignment with the position agreements and payroll calendar.
    • Ensure TAC has the necessary information to hire the selected candidate and can give visibility to the other DB Schenker areas involved in the process.
    • Give Hiring Manager visibility of the status of the position until the closing of it.
    • Close the position on Avature and document it in the Talent Acquisition trackers.
    • If Agency vendors support is confirmed by the Hiring Manager, work in partnership with them to ensure the Talent Acquisition process is worked correctly.
    • Taking care in all time of the candidate experience, new employee experience, internal client experience and P&O team.

    What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Business English required.
    • Recruitment with agencies required. 
    • Microsoft Office skills required.
    • Experience leading the end-to-end Talent Acquisition white and blue collar process, logistics knowledge is a plus.
    • Know the Hiring process in different counties in Latin America is a plus.
    • Experience in a Personnel Administration system.
    • Manage different recruitment sources and conduct different selection types.
    • Must be detail oriented and accurate when processing documentation.
    • Customer service, internal such as Hiring Managers.
