Responsibilities:
- Achieves individual and team objectives according to the required performance standards and KPIs.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality.
- Entry creation in TMS in order to capture new shipment positions, based on permanent coordination with abroad control tower.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative sector and freight invoice review would be an advantage.
- Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) and minimal knowledge of SharePoint.
- Fluent spoken and written English (academic qualification preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a customer driven environment, both individually and as a team player.
- High level of attention to details and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous and result-oriented.
