At Schenker International S.A. de C.V. we are looking for a P&O Training Specialist LATAM to be part of our Human Resources team, for our office in Mexico City.
What will be your challenges?
- Plan, design, execute and ensure compliance with the Annual Training Plan so that employees acquire and develop the skills necessary to improve the performance of their duties.
- Plan and carry out the DNC (Training Needs Detection) at a national level, with the objective of identifying the training needs of employees in the organization and carrying out the Annual Training Plan.
- Manage the training budget to guarantee the correct allocation of financial resources within the established guidelines.
- Ensure the correct administration of the LMS (Learning Management System) platform to provide the necessary training tools (E-learning).
- Follow up on staff who take in-person or online training courses and carry out the corresponding disciplinary actions.
- Design and ensure the application of evaluation tools, in order to measure the effectiveness of training courses (internal, external).
- Generate the necessary reports to monitor the KPIs of the training area in order to generate improvement strategies.
- Adequately communicate the training courses to the participants, in order to ensure the participation of all.
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration or related.
- Business English required.
- Microsoft Office skills required (Power Point, Excel, Word).
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing the DNC (Training Needs Detection) procedure. Development of Training Plans, management and measurement of training effectiveness.
- Knowledge for the development of training policies, standards and procedures.
- General knowledge of the Federal Labor Law related to training.
- Knowledge in the design of in-person and online courses. Training of instructors.
