About The Team
This position sits with the Governance & Services (G&S) team within the People and Organization (P&O) function and will be based in Singapore, supporting the Regional Head Office (RHO).
About The Job
We are looking for candidates who wish to gain insight into the P&O function and are keen to explore different areas within P&O such as talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and people operations. The P&O intern will primarily be providing support to streamline and enhance internal processes whilst documenting them, as well as actively participating in assigned projects.
In addition, this role will be driving employee engagement activities on a regular basis, both team-wide and company-wide.

Specific Accountabilities for this role:
Governance & Services
- Documentation of various internal P&O process workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Periodic review of internal policies to ensure compliance with local legislation.
- Support daily workforce operations and employee queries.
- Provide support in P&O projects, initiatives, system transformation, and functional portfolios to support overall P&O workplan.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
- P&O Data Analytics
- Provide support in areas of P&O metrics, reporting & visualization of data.
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis.
- Support the journey towards a data driven P&O team.
Employee Engagement
- Research and planning of P&O’s virtual employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and facilities management to run monthly engagement event.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s in business, majoring in Human Resources and looking to pursue a career within a HR related area.
- Available for a 6-month period from Jan 2025 on full-time basis.
- General understanding of HR policies and practices.
- Prior HR internship experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and other Microsoft Applications
- Discreet and able to handle confidential information.
- Proactive, meticulous and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent in written and spoken English.
