• Collect production forecasts from the CS teams and place booking with carriers on day to day capacity needs.
• Optimize usage of capacity to the best fit T/T requirement of customer and cargo load factor
• Coordinate for deviation shipments and feedback outcome to related party.
• Ensure all the jobs files are closed properly on time to meet the requirement of the scheduled flight and documentation.
• Liaise with customer service department and warehouse to get the correct or updated information of physical cargo.
• Key in system for all co-load in business and close filling accordingly.
• Double check MAWB which is issued by agent and make sure no mistake following HUB instruction.
• To track and trace the shipments on time, for any irregular case escalating to supervisor for further study.
• Responds to request for service and quotation.
• Liaise with carriers for forecasted allocation needs.
• Feedbacks on cargo mix and utilization of BSA.
• Update and inform PM air leader on carriers and subcontractors’ performance.
• Maintain statistical records on everyday shipments on respective trade lane.
• Inform PM air leader of any irregularities and problems that require assistance.
- College degree or above major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant
- 3-5 yeas experience in Logistics, forwarding or relevant service industry, preferably in the customer service position
- Adequate English and Mandarin
- Able to handle consolidation, ULD building, EQ operation.
- Computer knowledge – MS Excel & Word, Email
- Knowledge on local customs regulation
