    Location: Bradford

    Hours: 37.5 per week, 9:00 - 17:30

    Salary: Up to £24k per annum

    We're seeking an Administrator to join our busy Bradford branch. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your accuracy and organisational skills will make a real difference.

    What will you be doing?

    • Verifying purchase invoices against system details and following up on discrepancies.
    • Managing queries through the escalation process to ensure timely resolution.
    • Keeping precise records of invoices and settlements for audit and compliance.
    • Preparing reports on invoicing status, outstanding payments, and account reconciliations.
    • Ensuring invoices and settlements are submitted on time.
    • Assisting with administrative tasks like filing, documentation, and database updates.
    • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements

    About You:

    • Prior administration experience.
    • Keen attention to detail with strong numeracy skills.
    • A proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
