Job Overview
At Schenker International S.A. de C.V., we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be part of our P&O team at our office in Ciudad de México, Mexico. You will be responsible for optimizing the quality of the hiring process and enhancing the customer/candidate experience.
What will be your challenges?
- Refine quality of hire, customer experience / candidate experience.
- Source and pre-screen candidates.
- Coordinate pre-employment for all candidates.
- Manage/monitor Avature jobs pending approval, post once fully approved.
- Work with TAS to post positions within Avature/Broadbean and job boards.
- Close out requisitions, dispositioning candidates accordingly upon confirmation that new-hire has officially started.
- Ensure job postings have salary information prior to posting as appropriate for roles remote/USA based, NYC, CA, or CO.
- Manage Ask P&O tickets.
- Coordinate pre-employment testing for all candidates upon job offer.
Requirements
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting TA activities (posting vacancies, sourcing and pre-screening, managing ATS systems, and others).
- Prefer previous experience working in bilingual environments.
- Advanced English level (MUST).
- Intermediate Portuguese (nice to have).
