General description
The Product Owner is responsible for the delivery of Blue Yonder-based warehouse projects with a strong focus on creating roadmaps, vision, manage requirements and architecture. The Product Owner will provide clearly defined, prioritized, and comprehensive requirements to the Scrum-team to implement, test, and deliver the solutions to our customers. A major part of this role will be the daily collaboration with the business partners and customers to analyze, discuss requirements and identify the right implementation strategy.
Key tasks & responsibilities
n Analyze, manage, and prioritize requirements across new and existing warehouse implementations together with business stakeholders and customers
n Create formal requirement definitions and refine and estimate them together with the implementation team using our standard tools Jira and Confluence
n Align with other Product Owners on cross-team and cross-domain implementation and dependencies
n Break down requirements into manageable and estimable chunks of work to ensure reliable predictability and delivery
n Participate in relevant Scrum ceremonies to ensure the team is informed and enabled to implement.
n Ensure new and redesigned processes are efficient and effective
n Ensure product document is accurate and complete
n Ensure new features are accepted and deployed efficiently, effectively and timely
n Create and maintain roadmaps, with input from the Vendor, and communicate them to stakeholders
Requirements
n Minimum 3 years project management experience with full responsibility for one or more products
n Proven experience in logistics / warehousing and working with country organizations
n 2+ years proven hands-on experience with Blue Yonder warehouse management system
n Profound experience with agile methodologies and frameworks
n Entrepreneurial attitude, drive to solve issues and make processes sound
n Strong skills in requirements engineering and software effort estimation
n Entrepreneurial attitude, drive to solve issues and make processes sound
n Team player with strong communication skills and experienced ability to clearly communicate to internal and external stakeholders
n Very fluent professional English, fluent in German desirable
Requirements
Master's degree in Logistics or equivalent work experience in similar role
