Your tasks
Specific Accountability
* Act as primary escalation contact for customer regarding operation issues.
* Ensure KPI requirement to be achieved.
* Prepare business reports as required and support KAM to join the regular operational service
review meeting with customer.
* Identify areas of improvement proactively.
* Coordinate with all stakeowners internally to ensure sufficient resources allocated to
customer as per their forecast.
Requirements
Skills Required
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Good spoken English and Mandarin.
* Good computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word
Processing.
* Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, particularly in ocean freight.
Experience and Qualifications
* Diploma holder or above.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Control Tower function in 3PL.
