    Join Our Team as a Direct Freight Manager!

    Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for leading teams and driving efficiency? We are looking for a Direct Freight Manager to oversee our Direct Freight Team, ensuring seamless management of LTL/FTL shipments for our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering operational excellence while maximising branch profitability.


    Location: Shannon, Ireland

    Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30


    What Will You Be Doing?


    As a Direct Freight Manager, you will:

    • Lead and manage the Direct Freight Team to ensure all shipments are efficiently tracked, monitored, and invoiced correctly.
    • Drive best practices, industry standards, and compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
    • Optimise operational performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Focus on achieving and maximising Branch Gross Profit Targets through effective shipment management.

    About You


    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Proven experience in LTL/FTL freight management or a similar logistics role.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
    • A deep understanding of industry regulations, best practices, and compliance standards.
    • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills to drive efficiency and profitability.
