- Communicate effectively with other departments to monitor transportation issues and escalate problems as per the escalation procedure
- Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customer
- Preparation of monthly performance reports to the Logistic Customers
- Receive and action special requirements or instructions from the Customer and produce
- Co-ordinate and schedule in-country transport movements - collections and deliveries, and communicate to warehouse supervisor
- Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management
- Degree or Technical School in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Min. 1 year related working experience in Logistics or related field
- Fresh graduate is also considered
- Knowledge in import/export documents and procedures is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel
- Good team player
