    Join our dynamic team as a Freight Forwarder Operations in the Airfreight business!

    Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? Join our Airfreight team as a Freight Forwarder Operations, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and proactive management of our export services. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and related service providers, providing them with the highest level of support.

    Location: Glasgow, UK

    Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday / 9:00 to 17:30


    What will you be doing?

    • Monitor and promptly respond to queries from generic email boxes.
    • Coordinate collection arrangements with vendors.
    • Prepare and manage shipping documentation using Tango, including MAWB and HAWB.
    • Ensure export entries comply with UK HMRC regulations.
    • Oversee flight postings, job file invoicing, and cost control.
    • Investigate and resolve customer and supplier queries and complaints in a timely manner.
    • Support sales and customer service management with customer visits as needed.

    About You

    • Previous experience in the industry.
    • Strong Customer Service skills are essential.
    • Effective written and verbal communications skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage high workloads in challenging situations and meeting customer deadlines.
    • A passion for service excellence and a commitment to be the best through attentiveness and responsiveness to our customer needs.
