    • To promote Seafreight FCL business development in Thailand cover all branches - BKK/LCH/CNX/HDY

      • Specifically in Commodities items

      • According to targets set by the Company in volume/TEUs & Gross Profit

      • Via own account development

    • To liaise with Sales Team to co-ordinate customer coverage and Pipeline

    • To liaise with Operations to ensure a smooth handling of shipments

    • To liaise with Procurement to ensure a relevant mix of equipment, space & rate is available for customers; where necessary, to liaise directly with Carriers to further promote the product, secure rate/space etc

    • To maintain good relation and clear reporting to the team, as well as to the Head of Commodities - Mekong Cluster

    • To lead & maintain a national Pipeline of Commodities accounts

    • To become familiar with the Company’s ISC solutions to promote to customers

    • To find suitable Commodities Exhibitions and Shows for Commodities attendance and client promotion

    • To assist overseas offices to have a sellable Commodities product. In this regard a clear and regular liaison with key DBS network areas/offices is essential.


    • Fluent English / other as relevant

    • Tertiary education preferred

    • Flexibility & empathy to deal with a multi-cultural network

    • The role requires an individual who has finished apprenticeship and/or studies in the area of logistics with several years of working experience in the freight forwarding business and track record in managing projects successfully

    • Deep understanding of ocean freight forwarding

    • Fluent in Business English (spoken and written)

    • In depth knowledge of the Carrier market
