This position is responsible for ensuring availability of the right parts at the correct time, to achieve maintenance objectives.
Principal Accountabilies
• Maximize parts room inventory for efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Provide exceptional customer service to team members to maximize tech and equipment uptime
• Process work orders and invoices accurately and promptly
• Minimize obsolete parts by monitoring inventory usage
• Manage warranty parts, credits, and equipment RMAs for maximum cost effectiveness
• Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience
• Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results and needs to be able to promote a culture of trust and safety.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with computer based maintenance systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a parts supplier or warehouse environment

Working Conditions
This position will be required to work in a shop environment in which the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration, heat and cold, and increased levels of noise.
• Constantly positions oneself to operate, inspect, and move up to 60 pounds
• manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard on a daily basis
• detect, recognize and assess printed text and hand written documents
• be able to communicate and exchange accurate information.
