- Achieves individual and team objectives set by SLA and KPI;
- Manages and prioritizes the pipeline;
- Documents and files results;
- Coordinates onboarding, refresher, and skill-up trainings;
- Assesses and addresses skill and knowledge gaps;
- Contributes to knowledge and best practice sharing;
- Investigates and resolves escalations and process challenges;
- Serves as the first point of contact for complex user issues;
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Supervises activities of direct reports or project personnel;
- Conducts year-end performance evaluations (if applicable);
- Prepares and distributes operational reports as needed;
- Represents the team and processes to other stakeholders;
- Coordinates and administers regional, cluster, and SSC Ocean reports;
- Compiles reports and dashboards from various systems;
- Engages with clusters/countries to improve performance;
- Evaluates data quality and provides feedback;
- Monitors and reports tool usage;
- Participates in monthly/quarterly status calls;
- Identifies gaps and suggests solutions;
- Escalates conflicts and issues to RHO;
- Ensures proper distribution of reports;
- Validates and checks data;
- Trains new users on tool usage and mapping processes.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of logistics experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or management role;
- Experience in Reporting or Business Information Management;
- Excellent understanding of global freight forwarding processes and operational environments;
- Bachelor's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience;
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, flexible, and resilient;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good people management skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude;
- Ability to deal with cultural diversity;
- Advanced experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data modeling tools (Excel, Power Query);
- Experience with Power BI, SBI, and Microsoft apps (SharePoint, Teams);
- Proficient in spoken and written English (academic qualification preferred);
- Strong focus on details, figures, and statistics;
- Willingness to travel overseas for training and review meetings;
- Ability to manage high workloads, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy.
