    The Role

    We have a new opportunity for a customer-focused Warehouse/Transport Administrator with a 'can-do' attitude to join our close-knit Air Freight team in Auckland. This role is responsible for the processing and administration for both local and national consignments for world-renowned clients.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Sort consignments to carriers according to geography, timeframes and vehicle capacities
    • Plan and coordinate local and national deliveries, and monitor progress of deliveries, escalating any delays as required
    • Liaise closely with both internal and external clients and carriers to ensure pickups and deliveries are done in a timely manner
    • Support the Warehouse Team Leader/Manager with duties to achieve department goals and KPI's
    • Actively ensure a safe working environment and 100% compliance with regulatory requirements of a fully bonded warehouse

    Ideally You Will Have:

    • At least 2 years' experience working in a Customs Bonded Warehouse, including working knowledge of import and export
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent customer service skills
    • High attention to detail with very good planning and coordination skills
    • Flexibility in hours work, with consistent attendance and punctuality
    • If you are RACA certified, that'll be a bonus!
