    Are you an experienced customer service professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence? Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist Team Leader and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our internal and external customers.

    • Location: Ballycoolin, Ireland
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30

     


    What Will You Be Doing?

    As a Customer Service Specialist Team Leader, you will:

    • Oversee a customer service team, ensuring smooth execution of all operational functions.
    • Oversee the management of outbound shipments by coordinating with customers, arranging transport, and liaising with customs departments.
    • Ensure accurate reporting, analysis, and database management for shipments leaving our bonded warehouses.
    • Act as a key liaison for internal and external customer queries, resolving issues and maintaining service standards.
    • Support operations with customer-related queries and contribute to daily and weekly reporting requirements.
    • Train and develop team members, fostering a multiskilled and motivated workforce.
    • Attend and contribute to internal meetings, identifying areas for improvement and providing input on customer service initiatives.

    About You

    To excel in this role, you will have:

    • Previous experience in customer service roles, with logistics experience preferred but not essential.
    • A thorough understanding of customer service principles and team management experience.
    • Strong attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the confidence to take ownership of this new role.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and growing environment.
    • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
