Location: Ballycoolin, Ireland
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Customer Service Specialist Team Leader, you will:

Oversee a customer service team, ensuring smooth execution of all operational functions.
Oversee the management of outbound shipments by coordinating with customers, arranging transport, and liaising with customs departments.
Ensure accurate reporting, analysis, and database management for shipments leaving our bonded warehouses.
Act as a key liaison for internal and external customer queries, resolving issues and maintaining service standards.
Support operations with customer-related queries and contribute to daily and weekly reporting requirements.
Train and develop team members, fostering a multiskilled and motivated workforce.
Attend and contribute to internal meetings, identifying areas for improvement and providing input on customer service initiatives.

About You

To excel in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in customer service roles, with logistics experience preferred but not essential.
A thorough understanding of customer service principles and team management experience.
Strong attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the confidence to take ownership of this new role.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and growing environment.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
