    Join our Customer Service Team Leader position! As a pivotal member of our team, you'll spearhead our mission to deliver exceptional import services to all branches across the UK. Your role is more than just leadership; it's about fostering efficiency, proactivity, and effectiveness within our Gateway operations. With your dedication and expertise, we aim to exceed expectations and set new standards in customer service excellence.     • Location: Heathrow, UK
    • Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 17:30


    What will you be doing?


    • Maximizing operational effectiveness and efficiency in the Import Gateway Air department.
    • Continuously improving operational processes, including weekly event control oversight.
    • Ensuring the team meets operational KPIs through ongoing process enhancements.
    • Promptly addressing queries and complaints, organizing performance reviews.
    • Streamlining Import Gateway processes while meeting administration KPIs.
    • Managing employee development and performance within the department.
    • Optimizing staffing to meet workload demands throughout the year.
    • Collaborating on monthly GP results and ensuring compliance with billing requirements, including actioning SAP queries.

    About You


    • Previous experience in Airfreight, in a supervisory capacity.
    • Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, coupled with effective planning and organizational skills.
    • A drive to achieve targets and deliver results consistently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
