- Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 17:30
What will you be doing?
- Maximizing operational effectiveness and efficiency in the Import Gateway Air department.
- Continuously improving operational processes, including weekly event control oversight.
- Ensuring the team meets operational KPIs through ongoing process enhancements.
- Promptly addressing queries and complaints, organizing performance reviews.
- Streamlining Import Gateway processes while meeting administration KPIs.
- Managing employee development and performance within the department.
- Optimizing staffing to meet workload demands throughout the year.
- Collaborating on monthly GP results and ensuring compliance with billing requirements, including actioning SAP queries.
About You
- Previous experience in Airfreight, in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, coupled with effective planning and organizational skills.
- A drive to achieve targets and deliver results consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
