We have a new opportunity for a highly engaging and experienced PMO Projects Manager to join the VM Industrial Team in Essen.
This role will take a strategic and added value approach to leading the project management function and ensuring the continuity of solutions supply for our VM Consumer Retail, Corporate & Regional Accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a successful and expanding Team!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project management function to achieve business objectives, developing effective and efficient mechanisms across the VM Fashion Consumer Retail customers and markets
- Analyze the trends & outlook of the strategic VM Fashion Consumer Retail markets
- Identification of fast-growing sub-markets and targets across the value chain & the supply chains
- Identification of Gaps in terms of Expertise & Capability
- Develop a growth plan (Roadmaps) per sub-vertical and activities
- Develop a Value Meal per Sub-vertical with replicable Solutions across the value chain and the supply chain
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders (all BUs) and teams to develop value added solutions
- Produce customer & Market presentations highlighting our expertise, capability, added value & solutions
- Drive the Strategic Reviews
- Coordinate and manage sales campaigns (Solutions, Products…)
- Develop and manage initiatives with the marketing & sales teams
- Contribute to overall plans, strategies, budgets, and performance reviews
Skills and Experience
