Senior Credit and Collection Collector

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

· Dunning & Collections Management for all levels of portfolio complexity.

· Communicate with customer, both verbally and written, to ensure timely collections of company receivables.

· Make recommendations for account hold/blocks based on credit status, account balance and customer's payment habit.

· Work with customers, sales, and operations to resolve escalations and support dispute management process by timely identifying, qualifying and assigning disputes.

· Design root cause analysis on major issues and incidents.

· Lead improvement projects derived from incidents roots cause analysis and escalations.

· Execute account reconciliation.

· Execute and document internal controls in support of audit team.

· May act as SPOC for ICS, DIB, IT, Processes and any other cross team critical assignments and projects.

· Support performance and process reviews, for internal and external customers by providing root cause analyses and preventive action plan.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

· Minimum of 2 years of B2B collections experience.

· Previous experience in working with ERP, SAP FI module is a plus.

· Advanced English level (min B2)

· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

· Ability to organize, plan and transfer knowledge to new joiners or team members, based on the needs
