Вашите задачи
- develop company's agile mindset together with Leadership Team
- assess current organizational / delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices
- develop, continuously check and leverage metrics of agility maturity and effectiveness
- coach / mentor Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Product Owners
- develop with internal Partners collaboration focused on agile delivery of business value
- develop internal / external communication, improving transparency
- promote continuous improvement culture
- support visualization, simplification & orchestration of dependencies between the teams
- collaborate with Agile Coaches from other Global Delivery Hubs
- support existing and initiate necessary Agile communities
- organize required Agile trainings and workshops
- develop internal / external communication, improving transparency
Изисквания
- 3+ years of experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master or RTE in complex set-ups with multiple teams working on one productKnowledge on Lean and Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAF'e, LeSS or other scaling frameworks)
- Possessing strong intercultural competence, a global mindset, and excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a virtual environment, including international collaboration
- strong communication and coaching skills
- excellent English (min. B2)
Nice to have
- Lean management knowledge,
- Agile certification (e.g. PSM, PSPO, PSD),
- Jira/Confluence/GitHub/GitLab/TestRail
- ITIL, ITSM
