Commercial Planning & Performance Management
* Aligned and execute commercial strategy for Mekong Cluster market with Global and regional
* Initiate sales excellence initiatives across cluster
* Responsible for budget process and alignment with regional and BU
* Support data for performance management for Key account and BU Sales
* Analyst sales pipeline and Improvement plan
* Communicate and execute agree sales KPIs across cluster
* Responsible on data quality management thru data quality monitoring and improvement.
* Engage in business process improvement to increase efficiency in an organization.
* Full deployment of sales systems; Usage, training, and implementation
Tender Management
* Completed local, regional, and global RFQs, RFPs, RFIs within agree timeline
* Execute and alignment Mekong cluster tender process with regional and global guidelines
* Working collaboration between commercial and pricing to deliver best tender result
Commercial Support
* Lead and manage commercial support team to support key account management team and daily care of key account's customer. Provide troubleshooting assistance for the teams on customer issue and relevant problems. Review requirement of specific customer to ensure excellent service. Monitoring and give feedback to the team according to their performance and service quality to deliver best service to the customer and to be complied with our organization core value.

* Support and execute the strategic/improvement projects within commercial team and align with relevant departments
Vereisten
- Hands-on experience with sales processes especially stage-based sales pipeline, incentive planning and other sales practices
- Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Leadership skill.
- Have basic knowledge in Database management, Data entity, Data flow diagram is a plus.
- Competence in project management; Planning/business case, execution controlling, change management and tools
- Expert in MS Office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- A successful track record of 8-12 years working experience in Freight Forwarder, Logistics or in CRM-driven sales operations function with an international industry leader.
- Minimum 8 years experience in sales, sales operation, sales planning or tender management with strong knowledge in data analysis, budget planning, CRM data management.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in team leading role.
- Experience in BI tool such as QlikView, SAP BI, Power BI is a plus.
- Sales Process and freight forwarding market knowledge.
- * Able to work under high pressure.
