What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

• Responsible for the development of customer-oriented business projects and under the Pricing function.
• Collaborate with all tenders, as well as internal processes that require pricing regarding FCL / LCL
• Ensure maintenance of updated RCM rates of major port pairs on commodities
• Responsible for the development of the FCL/LCL product in terms of profitability, volume and number of shipments.
• Respond to requests received through the Pricing Desk tool
• Respond to quote requests from the Schenker Network at a global level
• Send the corresponding information so that the MSR (Minimum Selling Rates) are available and updated in the system.
• Compliance with the General Procedure for Maritime Operations located in the Schenker Network (ISODATA).
• Responsible for the administration of the commercial relationship with the Shipping Lines and Cargo Consolidators in the assigned District.
• Manages the relationships and negotiations with local suppliers that provide services in our logistics chain for both Import and Export.
• Maintains direct and frequent relations with Tradelane Managers to identify competitive rate proposals and benefits for our clients.
• Maintain timely and adequate communication with internal and external clients, when the commercial team requires it in order to promote the closing of business deals.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Pricing as a Senior Specialist or in Management level positions
• Bachelor's degree as a Commercial Engineer, Business Administration Engineer or similar.
• Intermediate - Advance English
• Microsoft office
• Legislation and Incoterms
• Experience Leading people is a plus
• Proactivity
• Positive attitude and resilience
