- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, complex problems in a highly technical environment.
- Providing Tier II support to clients related to issues with assigned business unit products and services.
- Respond to escalated tickets from Tier I support staff to issues that impact clients business operations.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of routers and systems.
- Assist in technical feasibility study, evaluate, and analyse user requirements, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain existing systems/business applications including troubleshooting and issue resolving.
- Maintain a high level of customer (user) satisfaction through professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs.
- Provide post-production support and onsite implementation support.
- Responsible for taking system projects from start to finish.
- New task will be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from a recognized institution include computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience with user support.
- 2+ years of relevant experience with system administrator (Windows Server).
- Be able to travel within and outside the state as and when required.
- Preferably Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware support or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills and is able to work independently.
- Strong determination, able to handle pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
The senior system analyst or senior support engineer provides 2nd line IT system support and administration of applications, servers, and networks, ensuring continuity of internal and customer-servicing IT systems and related equipment in line with Global Policy.
