Your tasks
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers for accounts receivable specific activities;
- Accurately investigate, clarify and allocate incoming payments;
- Initiate communication via e-mail with the customers to ensure maintenance of their accounts;
- Perform posting of invoices, recurring bookings, write-offs and individual allowances;
- Ensure timely and accurately direct debit process, including SEPA mandates activation and clarification of return direct debits;
- Assist with month-end closing activities;
- Execute and document internal controls as per the agreed SLAs and internal procedures;
- Trains and coaches new Joiners on the job, acting at the same time as the go to expert for critical situations/escalations;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality;
- Support performance and process reviews for internal and external customers by providing root cause analysis and preventive action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred;
- 1 - 3 years of B2B collections experience;
- Previous experience in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module;
- Advanced English level (min B2);
- Advanced Bulgarian level (min B2);
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.);
- Customer oriented attitude;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment;
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Time management skills;
- Attention to details and accuracy;
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous and result-oriented;
- Ability to organize, plan and transfer knowledge to new joiners or team members, based on the needs;
- Intercultural knowledge and sensitivity, as well as strong service culture;
- Ability to collaborate with other departments/ stakeholders to reach the targets.
