• Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customers’ requirement and solve daily operational issue.
• To keep day-to-day correspondence and communicate between customer ,oversea offices and shipper/consignee.
• Timely respond to customer’s queries or request on daily operation. Provides information and documentation to relevant parties.
• Update customer with shipment status from time to time proactively and updating tracking report if requires.
• Check on customs clearance documentation and coordinate with customer to prepare.
• Assist customer obtain information as required and provide customer with accurate information and operation guideline.
• Maintain company IT system including shipments creation and verified data accuracy of TT Events.
• Receiving pre-alert from overseas and send to customer before shipment arrival.
• Sending arrival notice to Customer upon arrival.
• Deal with irregularities such as missing, damage.
• Issue invoice for customer or relevant parties timely and accurately.
• Provide reports and statistic according to customers’ requirements.
• Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with agents.
• Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.
• At lease 3+ years’ experience with forwarding company, trading company or relevant business industry.
• Well-known the whole operation process.
• Good air freight knowledge and background
• College degree or above.
