    Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the imports industry? We are seeking a dedicated Imports Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring top-tier import services for our customers, overseas partners, and related service providers.

     

    Location: Heathrow, UK

    Working Hours: Days from 6am to 6pm, 4on 4off

     

     

    What will you be doing?

     

    • Customer Service Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consistently exceeding their expectations through outstanding service.
    • Operational Excellence: Review and understand airfreight import procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
    • Cost Control: Maintain accurate knowledge of customer buy and sell rates, ensuring timely cost control at the job file level.
    • KPI and SLA Management: Monitor and meet customer KPIs and SLAs, with a goal of achieving a minimum 98% SLA performance.
    • Query and Complaint Resolution: Promptly investigate and resolve queries and complaints from internal and external customers and suppliers.

    About You

     

    • Experience in Imports in Airfreight desirable.
    • Proven ability to provide an efficient and proactive export service to all customers and service providers.
    • Strong customer focus, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
    • Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and service providers.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.

     

     

    Even if you don't have experience in Airfreight, having experience in Ocean and/or Land freight for Imports and Exports will still be considered.
