    The Role

    Join us as an Inventory Team Leader at our Contract Logistics facility in Laverton for the afternoon shift. In this role you'll utilise your expertise to maintain control over customer inventory, ensuring precision and effectiveness in all processes.


    Role Highlights

    • Manage the reporting of all receipts and dispatches for nominated Logistics accounts.
    • Construct and distribute daily reports as required
    • Manage daily cycle counts of high value stock
    • Report unresolved variances immediately – to customer and RP
    • Ensure WMS administration is carried out in compliance with the WMS manual.
    • Liaise with delivery enquiries on all escalated matters with Customer Service groups
    • Arrange monthly audits with assigned Quality person to ensure adherence to GDP

    The Ideal Candidate will have:

    • 2-3 years of logistics/inventory experience
    • SAP experience
    • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in logistics processes, inventory management, and computer skills
    • Sound knowledge of OH&S practices
    • Ability to manage teams, multi-task, problem-solve and make decisions
    • Forklift license and familiarity with Warehouse Management System skills
    • Experience using a Warehouse Management System and RF scanners
