    The Role
    We are looking for a motivated team player to join our Air Freight team as a part time Airfreight Import Coordinator supporting in Alexandria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Account Management and Operations Teams by providing administrative assistance for client relationships and handling general customer service tasks.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Retrieve and process import/export documentation and freight to ensure timely delivery
    • Respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently
    • Ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Air Freight team
    • Input data accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining efficient document flow
    • Participate in department's 7-day rotating roster in order to provide consistent service to our customers
    What We're Looking For?
    • Working knowledge of the Air Freight industry with 2+ years' experience using freight forwarding systems in imports
    • Proven ability to communicate in a clear manner, both written and verbal
    • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new things
    • Strong customer service skills and proven ability to maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
