- Retrieve and process import/export documentation and freight to ensure timely delivery
- Respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Air Freight team
- Input data accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining efficient document flow
- Participate in department's 7-day rotating roster in order to provide consistent service to our customers
- Working knowledge of the Air Freight industry with 2+ years' experience using freight forwarding systems in imports
- Proven ability to communicate in a clear manner, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new things
- Strong customer service skills and proven ability to maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements
